When should we ask our guests to RSVP?

When deciding on your wedding RSVP date keep in mind that you need to allow enough time to have your seating chart and place cards created.

You will always have guests who have forgotten to RSVP which means you will need to follow up with them. Finalising your seating chart can also be super timely and challenging and it’s not something you want to rush.

I recommend setting your RSVP date 6 - 8 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Ivory & Ink requires 4-5 weeks to design, print and deliver your day stationery items. Due to the number of rescheduled weddings 2022 is a super busy year, not only for Ivory & Ink but the trade printers involved and the delivery companies so allowing a little extra time can make all the difference.
